本課程將介紹績效管理之重要原理、程序&技術,以及薪酬設計之基本知識&相關法規限制,希望能培養學生掌握良好績效管理制度的特徵、具備員工績效輔導與處理技巧,並瞭解能增進組織績效且符應勞動法規之薪酬制度。 教學方法 包括講述、個案研討、小組討論、小組報告及角色扮演等學習活動。 學期成績評量方式= 平時出席率20% + 課堂表現 (討論發言+學習單) 20% + 期中報告30﹪+ 期末考試30%
《 課程簡介 -- English 》
This course will introduce some important theories, procedures and techniques of performance management. Besides, it will also give students basic knowledge and relative legal restrictions on compensation design. The goal is aim to make students have comprehensive understanding of performance management and the ability to apply well under current labor-related regulations. Teaching methods will include, but not limit to lecturing, case study, group discussion, group presentation, and role-playing.
