本課程內容主要涵蓋Value-based Leadership價值領導學說、學習型組織與系統思考團隊與Social System Design社會組織設計方法論。結合國際課程教材與團隊合作共創專題協助學生瞭解美國西北大學及華盛頓大學的價值領導學說與管理實踐方法。價值領導強調尊重人的自我意識,以協同合作為中心把企業的利益和個人的利益結合以保護員工個人的利益,實現他們的自身價值。當組織的成員對領導者的願景和組織認同時,便會產生更強的凝聚力。組織成員之間會更加合作。結合系統思考,從自我超越、檢視心智模式、建立共同願景、團隊合作學習等過程,學生將在此課程培養自我探索激勵與團隊合作發展之能力,同時能從人我合作中形塑學習型組織與制度設計,進而成為更好的自我啟發領導者。

The Career Development Facilitator project was initiated in 1997 by the Center for Credentialing & Education (CCE), the National Career Development Association (NCDA) and the National Occupational Information Coordinating Committee (NOICC). CCE has gone on to develop the Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF), offering country-specific standardization and recognition to career development professionals worldwide.
