課程簡介			Introduction

專案以及專案管理之應用，正持續在社會上各個組織中發展，許多傳統方式難以達成的組織目標，現在都可以透過專案來達成。本課程除了既定的管理觀點，將配合專案生命周期的架構來加以說明，分別定為專案起始、專案執行以及專案終止。期使學生能對專案管理有更深入的了解，未來在工作崗位上能夠學以致用。 經由此課程之學習, 學生便能取得國際專案管理(IPMA)證照考試資格的課程修習門檻( 相關網站 http://www.tw-pma.org.tw ), 學生可於課程修畢或是在未來有需要時, 隨時報名證照考試, 以取得專案管理證照. 《 課程簡介 -- English 》 Project and project management practice is at the moment a developing issue in this society’s organization. Many traditional modes that were unable to achieve their goals can now be achieved through the project. Aside from management conception this course also provides an introduction to project life cycle construction. This project life cycle includes the start of the project, its processes and the termination of the project. The purpose of this course is to allow students to have an in depth understanding of project management and to use it in their jobs in the future.
