本課程目的乃在有系統地介紹多國籍企業財務系統的管理，以培養學生解決實際國際財務管理問題的能力，並作為學生進一步研究國際財務理論的基礎。主要針對攸關國際財務市場分別做深入介紹說明包跨外匯、國際證券市場衍生性證券利率市場及利率與外匯交換等主題。本課程適合一般大學部高年級學生修習。 《 課程簡介 -- English 》 The purpose of this course is to systematically introduce the management of the financial system of multi-nationality enterprises in order to cultivate students' ability to solve practical international financial management problems and to serve as a basis for further study of international financial theory. International finance is mainly discussed international financial market, respectively, in-depth of the package cross-national exchange, the international securities market derivatives market, interest rates and foreign exchange swap and other topicsThis course is suitable for senior college students.
