Due mainly to the trend of development of globalization for business organizations, the enterprises developments will not limit within single region or country. In order to satisfy various human resources needs of subsidiaries of transnational and global corporations, International HR Management highlights more important time over time. This course intends to probe HR managerial issues of transnational and global corporations while managing HR activities and practices by means of adopting lecturing method, case study, and panel report etc., introducing HR issues in connection with selection, placement, retention, and performance appraisal etc. that cover principal topics of transcultural management, transcultural transplanting of parent's companies, expatriating personnel management, and localized HR management etc.. Expect students can learn fundamental concepts and practical hand-on skills of International HR Management from all materials stated above.
