包裝就像是人所穿的衣服一樣,需要經過思考、色彩、視覺設計等階段,從包裝的外衣傳達出正確的訊息。 1.由包裝理論基礎開始,藉由不同類型紙類商品包裝設計,由淺入深,從現有商品收集並分析後,進行重新創作一新商品包裝設計、從單一產品至系列產品、外觀、盒袋、文宣等,瞭解包裝企劃及包裝執行之細節,明瞭商品品牌與企劃媒體之關係,確立地方特色商品企劃與包裝應用之關係,開發綠色設計之生活用品,發展台灣地區地方性特產之包裝。藉由實作過程找出適當的包裝產品,結合包裝提昇產品價值與商品行銷。 課程內需完成商業紙類包裝商品設計,一步一步手繪玩包裝盒刀模,進階數位電腦繪圖包裝盒設計,從無到有完成實際包裝盒設計並執行行銷文宣。。本課程結合包裝品牌產學合作需進行包裝視覺設計系列作品,並有作品輸出成本費用。 2.課程軟體技能:Adobe AI、PS與Dimension是一套平面設計師使用的3D應用軟體,課程中會教學新軟體在包裝設計上的應用,包含模型、貼圖、光線、鏡頭等,並結合場景製作包裝提案示意圖,提升包裝作品提案的專業度,更符合業界的要求。

Packaging is like the clothing people wear; it requires thoughtful consideration, color selection, and visual design to convey the correct message through its exterior.
1. Starting from the foundational theories of packaging, the course explores packaging design for various types of paper products in a gradual, in-depth manner. After collecting and analyzing existing products, students will recreate new packaging designs, ranging from single products to product series, including appearance, boxes, bags, and promotional materials. This will help students understand the details of packaging planning and execution, the relationship between product branding and media planning, and establish the connection between local specialty product planning and packaging application. The course will also focus on developing green design for daily necessities and packaging for regional specialties in Taiwan. Through practical work, students will identify appropriate packaging products, combining packaging to enhance product value and marketing.
During the course, students must complete the design of commercial paper packaging products. This includes hand-drawing die-cut templates for packaging boxes step by step, advancing to digital computer-aided design of packaging boxes, and completing the actual design and execution of packaging and marketing materials from scratch. This course involves industry-academia collaboration on packaging brand design, requiring students to create a series of visual packaging designs with an estimated output cost.
2. Software skills covered in the course include Adobe Illustrator (AI), Photoshop (PS), and Dimension, a 3D application software used by graphic designers. The course will teach the application of these new tools in packaging design, including modeling, texturing, lighting, and camera work, and will integrate scene creation for packaging proposal mockups. This will enhance the professionalism of packaging design proposals to better meet industry standards.
