本課程為指導學生,逐步發展畢業作品:「自創品牌企劃」之系列課程之一。
一、針對『未來』市場環境之情境勾畫,引導學生透過設計思考就: 時尚、文創、生活風格、服務商品..等領域,發想一個具有「未來市場價值」的創新品牌 二、指導學生理解企業策略:了解自己的產業及競爭對手 三、認識營運及行銷策略。 四、引導學生培養市場洞察力,發現市場機會,並發揮創意著手「自創品牌」與其核心產品之發想 五、指導學生認識「品牌設計」:命名、形象、識別系統之設計與相關界面
本課程共計11學分,分4學期修課:
/ (I-A) + (I-B)部分學習側重於個人學習 / (I-A):企業策略規劃(包含:產業研究、商業模式、藍海策略等) (I-B):營運及行銷策略(包含STP、USP、4P等)
/ (II-A)+(II-B) 部分學習側重於團體合作 / (II-A):透過設計思考(Design Thinking)解決問題(品牌所提供的價值、核心產品) (II-B):品牌策略及Presentation 演練與展秀裝置設計
《 課程簡介 -- English 》
This workshop is a part of the “branding & entrepreneurship series”, and is aimed to coach and prepare students for their graduation exhibition.
It aims to: I. Lead students through “Design Thinking” or “Business Design” to build a new business/brand that creates values for the market in the future. II. Introduce students to basic corporate strategies. III. Introduce students to fundamental operation and marketing strategies. IV: Help students under stand the market and seize opportunities to create their own business/brand. V: Introduce students to branding strategies, which includes naming, and the 6P tool.
This whole series of workshop have 11 grand points, and is divided into 4 courses/workshops: (I-A) + (I-B) - individual learning (I-A): Corporate Strategy (Industry Analysis, Business Models, Blue Ocean Strategies etc.) (I-B): Operations and Marketing Strategy (STO, USP, 4P etc.)
(II-A) + (II-B) - team projects (II-A): Business Design - using “Design Thinking” to come up with ideas that solve unmet needs. (II-B): Branding Strategies and Graduation Project presentation
