《 課程簡介 -- English 》
The purpose of this class is to teach in the form of dance performance training. Through Modern dance (the elements of time, space, and power,) combining with the diversity of Dance-pop, the students can learn how to keep the body in shape, know better of their body cognitions, and enhance their self-confidence and interest in performance.
There are two parts of learning plans: A. Body development 1. open body awareness 2. challenge physical and mental creativity
B. Dance training 1. basic movements and steps of Jazz dance 2. the extension and coordination training of Jazz dance
