本課程主要認識消防、給水、排水、汙水、電力、電信、瓦斯、空調、電梯等等設備之法規與規範,透過實務案例圖的解說與繪製圖說之操作,進行建築物的室內空間之設備設計。有效地認識建築設備設計,以提供安全與舒適的室內空間,進而認知建築設計或室內設計中的建築設備整合課題。 本課程是透過各類建築設備圖說為範例,認識建築物之建築設備設計實務,透過各類設備案例解說方式,指導計算與繪製建築五大管線等等設計圖,以增進各種設備(消防警報、滅火、避難、排煙、給水、排水與總存水彎、汙水與截流器、電力開關與插座迴路、電信、瓦斯、冷暖氣與通風、電梯與電扶梯……等等)之實務設計能力。
《 課程簡介 -- English 》
This course is designed to provide students with an understanding of laws and regulations pertaining to the design of fire protection equipment, water supply, sewage, electricity, telecommunications, gas, air conditioning, elevator equipment, and other types of equipment. Through an effective understanding of building equipment services design, students will be able to learn about safe and comfortable indoor environments. Additionally, the course is designed to provide students with an awareness of the integration of architectural or interior design and architectural equipment considerations. This course aims to introduce the practical aspects of building equipment design through various architectural equipment drawings. By analyzing different equipment cases, the course guides students to calculate and draw design diagrams for the five major building equipment systems. Including fire alarms, extinguishing systems, evacuation indicators, smoke exhaust systems, water supply and drainage systems, main water trap, sewage and interceptors, electrical switches and socket circuits, telecommunications, gas supply, air conditioning and ventilation, elevators and escalators, and more. The objective of the course is to enhance students' practical design skills for a variety of building equipment.\
