文化創意產業已成為全球觀光產業的發展趨勢,台灣在21世紀初將文化創意產業列為國家重點發展計畫。本課程將對相關之理論、概念、現況發展等進行介紹,從文化創意、文化行銷、文化產業經營等角度分析,從實務經驗出發,解析文化創意觀光產業相關的理論及概念。本課程除了在課堂上介紹國內外相關文化創意產業案例,並補充國內外進行中的文化創意產業計畫、策略及作法,包括:文化產業政策、文化建設計畫、藝術節慶、城市行銷、古蹟再利用與博物館、社區藝術等。

Cultural and creative industries have become a trend in the development of the global tourism industry, and Taiwan has made cultural and creative industries a national key development program in the early 21st century. This course will introduce related theories, concepts, and current developments. It will analyze the cultural and creative tourism industry from the perspectives of cultural creativity, cultural marketing, cultural industry management, etc., starting from practical experience-related theories and concepts. This course not only introduces relevant domestic and foreign cultural and creative industry cases in the classroom but also supplements the cultural and creative industry plans, strategies, and practices currently in progress domestically and abroad, including cultural industry policy, cultural construction design painting, art festivals, urban marketing, historical sites reuse and museums, community art, etc.
