本課程內容包括著作權之立法目的、著作權取得之要件、著作權保護之標的、著作人格權、著作財產權、著作權之合理使用、著作權直接侵害與視為侵害、著作權與其他智財權之交錯保護、視聽與文創著作授權等。藉由課堂講授與案例分析方式，使學生對於著作權法制與實務有深入之了解。

The content of this course includes the legislative purpose of copyright law, the elements for obtaining copyright protection, the subject matter of copyright protection, the moral and economic copyright, the fair use of the copyright, the direct and deemed copyright infringement, the interleaved protection of the copyright and other intellectual property rights, the licensing of audio-visual and culture creative works, etc. Through classroom lectures and case analysis, students will have a deep understanding of copyright law and its practice.
