本課程探究ESG永續發展之有關法律問題，首先說明公司治理之意義及發展、公司治理 3.0- 永續發展藍圖（從G到ESG），將總體研究永續發展目標（SDGs）對於企業法律創新法律問題，關注能源轉型法律、共享經濟法律、淨零碳排法規、上市櫃公司永續發展行動方案、綠色及轉型金融行動方案、ESG永續發展報告書、以及董事會職責與公司治理實務（GRI準則及相關規範）。採比較法之方法，培養同學在ESG之法律思維能力，使能學以致用。
《 課程簡介 -- English 》
This course explores the legal issues related to ESG sustainable development, first explaining the meaning and development of corporate governance, and the Corporate Governance 3.0 - Sustainable Development Blueprint (from G to ESG). It will comprehensively study the legal innovation issues concerning corporate sustainable development goals (SDGs), focusing on energy transition laws, shared economy laws, net-zero carbon emission regulations, action plans for sustainable development of listed companies, green and transitional financial action plans, ESG sustainable development reports, as well as the responsibilities of the board of directors and corporate governance practices (GRI standards and related regulations). By employing comparative law methods, it aims to cultivate students' legal thinking abilities in relation to ESG, enabling them to apply what they have learned.
