This course integrates perspectives from innovation management and technological innovation, combining theoretical frameworks with practical applications to examine how modern enterprises develop and adapt their business models in a rapidly changing environment. Using classic case studies as a foundation, the course analyzes innovation and management practices within business operations while introducing well-established management theories to help students understand the logic and strategy behind various business models. Beyond general case analysis, students are encouraged to focus on their own industries or areas of interest, conducting in-depth exploration into business model innovation and optimization, and developing contextually appropriate theoretical applications and practical recommendations. The course adopts a case-based teaching approach, with a focus on how companies redesign and reshape their business models in response to digital transformation, evolving customer behaviors, and sustainability pressures. Emphasis is placed on teamwork, case discussions, and final presentations to enhance students’ strategic thinking and hands-on practical skills.
