「綠建築」與「智慧建築」等政策,已納入法令之管制且全面性實施,顯見政府推動綠建築與智慧建築政策之決心,及未來發展的主要趨勢。 本課程乃闡述綠建築發展與智慧建築之相關觀念,介紹與解說較新版本之綠建築各項評估指標之內容暨相關設計對策;強化實作作業之演練,建立同學對綠建築與生態社區、智慧建築實務評估之基礎能力;期望同學於畢業進入業界後,能深思綠建築之設計內涵與綠建築與生態社區指標要求之落實,除了提昇自我之設計品質,更讓建築物之諸多使用者享有優良之環境品質。

The policies of "green building" and "smart building" have been incorporated into the regulation of the law and fully implemented, demonstrating the government's determination to promote green building and smart building policies, as well as the main trends for future development. This course aims to elaborate on the concepts related to the development of green buildings and smart buildings, and to introduce and explain the content of various evaluation indicators for green buildings in newer versions, as well as related design strategies; Strengthen practical exercises to establish students' basic abilities in evaluating green buildings, ecological communities, and smart building practices; I hope that after graduation and entering the industry, students can deeply reflect on the design connotation of green buildings and the implementation of green building and ecological community indicators. This will not only improve their own design quality, but also enable multiple users of buildings to enjoy excellent environmental quality. Course objectives: 1、 Enhance the awareness and interest of architecture students in green building and ecological community environmental issues. 2、 Assist students in applying green building design techniques and skills in architectural practice; And cooperate with the green building assessment operation of design examples.
