課程簡介			Introduction

1.讓同學對不動產從素地到房屋建造、使用之一序列不動產法規有所認識，俾利日後於不動產投資或自用時均能有所遵循。 2.「不動產法規」法令甚多，本課程分為營建法規與不動產法規，期中考前講授營建法規，期中考後講授不動產法規，全程十八周，主要以國家公布之法規及行政命令。 《 課程簡介 -- English 》 1.This course aims to familiarize students with the entire process of real estate regulations, from land acquisition to building construction and usage, enabling them to follow the relevant rules when investing in or utilizing real estate in the future. 2.Real estate is governed by numerous laws and regulations. The course is divided into two parts: building regulations and real estate regulations. Building regulations will be covered before the midterm exam, while real estate regulations will be addressed after the midterm exam. The course spans eighteen weeks and primarily focuses on nationally promulgated regulations and administrative orders.

《 其他要求 》 成績計算： 1.課程參與佔40%、期中考佔30%、期末考佔30%。 2.上課次數： (1)一般上課14次、期中考1次、期末考1次、自主學習2次。 (2)一般上課須簽到，缺課1次，扣總成績2.5%，請假另計。 3.期中考、期末考試卷分數100分，缺考以零分計，特殊情況另計。
