本課程旨在深入探討員工在組織中的行為模式,透過強調個人自我覺察、人際互動與經驗分享,協助學生理解人性的本質與行為特徵,進而促進自我成長與發展。課程將從「個人與自我」、「個體在社會情境中的行為反應」等面向切入,帶領學生理解人類行為的多樣性與其所受環境影響。
課程內容分為三大主軸: 一、個人行為層面,涵蓋學習與行為塑造理論、態度與工作滿意度、人格與價值觀、知覺與決策歷程、動機理論及情緒管理等; 二、團體行為層面,包括團體動力與發展、集體決策、人際與組織溝通,以及領導理論等主題; 三、組織歷程層面,則探討權力與政治行為、衝突管理、組織結構與變革、以及企業文化等議題。

This course aims to explore employee behavior within organizations by emphasizing self-awareness, interpersonal interaction, and experience sharing. It helps students understand the nature of humanity and behavioral patterns, thereby fostering personal growth and development. The course begins by examining the individual and their responses within social contexts, guiding students to comprehend the diversity of human behavior and its environmental influences.
The content is structured around three main areas:
Individual Behavior, covering topics such as learning and behavior shaping theories, attitudes and job satisfaction, personality and values, perception and decision-making, motivation theories, and emotional management;
Group Behavior, including group dynamics and team development, group decision-making, interpersonal and organizational communication, and leadership theories;
Organizational Processes, addressing issues such as power and political behavior, conflict management, organizational structure and change, and corporate culture.
