Social media has evolved from a simple communication tool into a powerful platform for entrepreneurship and monetization. Whether it involves personal branding, micro-entrepreneurship, knowledge-based businesses, or even promoting local特色 and city marketing initiatives, social multimedia strategies can create both commercial value and social impact.
This course focuses on the practical aspects of social media entrepreneurship, guiding students step by step through content strategy planning, multimedia production, social media management skills, and business model design. The curriculum covers major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LINE, equipping students with comprehensive capabilities in social media entrepreneurship.
Emphasizing a “learning by doing” approach, the course centers on hands-on projects. By the end of the semester, students will complete a social media startup proposal that is ready to be launched and operated in practice.
