課程簡介			Introduction

本課程乃有系統地探討休閒事業人力資源管理之理論及其應用，強調重要觀念的解析，並以國內外實例來解釋學理的應用。藉以提升同學對休閒事業人力資源管理議題的興趣，並培養同學分析與解決休閒事業人力資源管理問題的能力。 授課方式採課堂講授與課堂討論方式。每一章均先由講師以投影片方式講解內容；然後再由同學針對該章內容、問題進行討論；並於課後進行報告。 《 課程簡介 -- English 》 This course is a systematic exploration of theories and applications of human resource management in the leisure industry, emphasizing the analysis of important concepts and explaining the application of theories with domestic and international examples. This course is designed to enhance students' interest in human resource management issues in the leisure industry and to develop their ability to analyze and solve human resource management problems in the leisure industry. Classes are conducted in a classroom lecture and classroom discussion format. Each chapter is first explained by the instructor through a slide show, followed by a discussion of the chapter content and issues by the students, and a presentation at the end of the class.

《 報告要求 》 1. 口頭報告須製作簡報，但不可按稿照念。 2. 團隊報告須確實參與，確實註明各組員之貢獻比例。 3. 引用資料來源需說明，不可抄襲。 4. 繳交書面報告須注意文件格式。

《 課程評分方式 》 1.作業：40% 2.期中考：30% 3.期末考：30%
