Through professional dance guidance, participants are helped to enhance limb flexibility, coordination and core muscle training. The course will introduce some theoretical foundations and concepts of Pilates and yoga, focusing on the teaching content designed to stretch the limbs, strengthen the strength and stabilize the core.
