This course aims to cultivate AI-era brand managers with a global mindset. It integrates AI technology trends, brand management theories, brand innovation cases, and ESG sustainability concepts into a coherent learning framework. Beyond foundational management theories, students are encouraged to stay attuned to emerging cross-disciplinary global trends—including technology, geopolitics, economics, and environmental sustainability— and to develop practical capabilities in brand management, innovative transformation, and international marketing and service strategies. The course is structured into the following four modules: 1. Theoretical Foundations 2. Case Study Analysis 3. Guest Lectures by Industry Leaders 4. Off-Campus Corporate Visits
