透過案例討論、工具實作與六場邀請業界專家專題講座，學生將深入理解ESG如何影響企業營運績效、財務績效與整體企業價值。

In the context of the global sustainability movement and the capital market’s heightened focus on ESG performance, corporate sustainability is no longer merely an issue of disclosure and compliance. Instead, it has become a core strategy that directly affects corporate value, financial performance, and long-term competitiveness.
This course is structured around the theme of “Sustainability Transformation × Financial Performance × Strategic Management,” and systematically explores how companies can translate ESG principles into measurable and manageable managerial decisions.
Integrating the NCCU ESG Solution-Oriented Reasoning (SOR) strategic framework with performance management through the Balanced Scorecard (BSC), the course guides students in building a comprehensive corporate sustainability transformation architecture—from strategic planning to performance management. Through case discussions, hands-on tool applications, and six industry-focused guest lectures, students will gain in-depth insights into how ESG influences operational performance, financial performance, and overall corporate value.
By combining ESG-driven corporate transformation, strategic management tools, and practice-oriented learning, this course incorporates the NCCU ESG solution framework to cultivate professionals capable of leading corporate sustainability transformations through systematic theory, practical tools, and six expert lectures.
