本課程目的在使學生瞭解與室內設計實務密切相關之營建與室內裝修法規體系，包含建築物量體與基地控制、使用分區與土地管制、防火避難與建築物理環境規範，並特別強調建築物變更使用辦法及建築物室內裝修管理辦法之內容與申請流程，使學生在室內設計、施工與後續使用管理階段，能正確解讀法令、規劃設計圖說並與審查與施工程序銜接。

This course aims to enable students to understand the system of construction and interior decoration regulations closely related to interior design practice. It covers regulations concerning building volume and site control, zoning and land use control, and fire prevention, evacuation, and the building physical environment standards. The course specifically emphasizes the content and application procedures of the Regulations for the Change of Use of Buildings and the Administrative Regulations on Indoor Decoration of Buildings. This ensures that students can correctly interpret laws, plan design drawings, and effectively coordinate with the review and construction procedures during the interior design, construction, and subsequent use management stages.
