延續上學期的課程內容,上學期若仍有未講受完畢的進度,本學期的前一二堂課會繼續加以延續.本學期將繼續針對強制處分進入及證據之部分，由於此一部分為刑事訴訟程序之重點，不論是在國家考試，或是學說理論及實務判決爭論之部分，此一部分將以較多的時間用以探討。另外本學期將針對管轄 訴訟參與人 特別是辯護人之角色及辯護權之演變 加以介紹 ；同時亦將審判程序規定之部分，包含第一審、上訴審規定之重要概念將於課程中適時予以說明

Continuing from last semester's curriculum, any unfinished material will be covered in the first one or two classes of this semester. This semester will continue to focus on the entry into compulsory measures and evidence, as this is a key aspect of criminal procedure, appearing in national examinations and debates in legal theory and practical judgments. This section will be explored in greater detail. Additionally, this semester will introduce jurisdiction, the role of litigants, particularly defense counsel, and the evolution of their right to defense. Furthermore, key concepts regarding trial procedures, including those related to first instance and appeals, will be explained as appropriate during the course.
