課程內容涵蓋決策問題界定、準則建構、權重評估、方案比較與結果解讀，並介紹常見之決策分析方法，如多準則決策分析（MCDM）以及群體決策與專家判斷機制。透過案例分析與實際資料操作，學生將學習如何將理論工具應用於企業經營、財務決策、投資評估、政策分析與經營規劃等情境。

This course aims to develop students’ ability to conduct systematic analysis and rational decision-making under conditions of uncertainty and multiple criteria. By integrating decision theory, quantitative analysis, and practical applications, the course helps students understand how to construct effective decision models and propose feasible decision recommendations in situations characterized by limited information, risk, and conflicting objectives.
The course covers key topics including problem definition, criteria formulation, weight assessment, alternative comparison, and result interpretation. It also introduces commonly used decision analysis methods, such as multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM), as well as group decision-making and expert judgment mechanisms. Through case studies and hands-on data analysis, students will learn how to apply theoretical decision tools to contexts such as business management, financial decision-making, investment evaluation, policy analysis, and strategic planning.
