本課程依據國際專案管理協會（IPMA）ICB能力架構設計，以能力導向（Competency-based Learning）為核心，整合專案管理知識、實務技能與領導素養，培養學生具備規劃、執行、監控及評估專案的能力。課程結合理論講授、案例分析、分組專案及成果發表，引導學生建立系統思考、跨域整合、團隊合作、溝通協調及問題解決能力，提升學生因應產業需求與國際專案管理實務的專業競爭力。

This course is designed based on the International Project Management Association (IPMA) Individual Competence Baseline (ICB) and provides students with a comprehensive understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices. The course covers the entire project life cycle, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and project closure. Emphasis is placed on developing competencies in project planning, scheduling, cost management, risk management, quality management, stakeholder engagement, communication, teamwork, and leadership.
