本課程內容以加強學生對世界代表性國家的飲食特色與文化有更進一步的瞭解與認識。
單元主題分為：緒論、亞洲篇--中國、台灣(原住民)、日本、韓國、東南亞國家及印度；
歐洲篇--法國、義大利、英國、及德國；
美洲篇--美國；宗教與飲食文化及飲料文化做介紹。
