本課程旨在橋接表演藝術理論與產業實務就業。課程將全面剖析當前表演藝術生態圈（包含劇團、舞團、音樂廳、經紀公司及藝術節慶）的運作機制。透過個案研究、業界專家講座與模擬實戰演練，協助學生掌握藝術行政、節目企劃、行銷公關、資金籌措（贊助與補助申請）及法規合約等核心職能。課程最終將輔導學生完成個人職涯作品集與就業媒合準備

This course is designed to bridge the gap between performing arts theory and practical industry employment. It offers a comprehensive analysis of the current performing arts ecosystem, including theatre and dance companies, concert halls, talent agencies, and arts festivals. Through case studies, guest lectures from industry experts, and hands-on simulations, students will master core competencies such as arts administration, program planning, marketing and public relations, fundraising (sponsorship and grant applications), and legal contracts. Ultimately, the course will guide students in building their professional career portfolios and preparing them for job placement matchmaking in the arts sector.
