「資通安全管理法」除政府機關外，亦將九大關鍵基礎設施(critical infrastructure, CI)提供者納管。而工業控制系統(industrial control system, ICS)對於我國關鍵基礎設施之運作至關重要，一旦ICS遭駭客控制，衍生之工安事件，除造成產業損失外，嚴重時可能導致環境汙染或生命遭受威脅，後果相當嚴重。此外，雖IT安全解決方案似乎可因應傳統IT系統中的安全問題，然將相同的安全解決方案引入關鍵基礎設施環境時，必須採取特殊的保護措施。因此，本課程將引導學生理解關鍵基礎設施(CI)資訊安全的概念及指引，作

Not only the government units but the nine Critical Infrastructure (CI) service providers in Taiwan are also included and regulated in the latest Cyber Security Management Act. The Industrial Control System (ICS) is crucial for the operation of CI. The hacker can do damage to both ICS and CI that may cause severe damage like industry loss, environment pollution, or even worse, life threat. Besides, though the traditional IT solutions can somehow fix the cybersecurity issue, additional countermeasures should be applied before the deployment. The lecture introduces the critical factors in CI and provides the guideline in order to enhance the cybersecurity.
