本課程以企業社會責任（CSR）為理念起點，透過聯合國永續發展目標（SDGs）建立全球議題架構，再以環境、社會與治理（ESG）轉化為企業可管理、可衡量、可揭露的策略與行動。
CSR：建立企業責任與倫理基礎: 從企業對股東、員工、顧客、供應商、社區及環境的責任出發，理解企業社會責任如何由公益慈善，逐步發展為利害關係人管理、商業倫理與創造共享價值。
SDGs：連結全球永續發展共同目標: 認識聯合國2030永續發展議程與17項永續發展目標，掌握氣候行動、責任消費與生產、社會公平、健康福祉及夥伴關係等重要議題。
從CSR走向SDGs：把責任承諾轉化為行動: 探討企業如何將CSR理念對應SDGs目標與細項指標，透過重大議題辨識、利害關係人溝通及行動方案設計，形成可執行、可追蹤的永續貢獻。
ESG：建構永續治理與績效管理架構: 系統分析環境（E）、社會（S）與治理（G）三大構面，學習風險辨識、績效指標、資料蒐集、公司治理、資訊揭露與永續報告等管理工具。
整合應用：由理念、目標走向企業管理實務: 透過臺灣與國際案例，整合氣候變遷、碳排管理、循環經濟、社會包容、供應鏈責任、公司治理及永續投資，並結合「ESG永續助理管理師」證照重點，培養實務應用能力。

This course begins with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), connects corporate responsibilities to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and then translates them into measurable Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategies, management systems, and disclosures.
CSR: Building the Foundation of Corporate Responsibility and Ethics: The course begins with corporate responsibilities toward shareholders, employees, customers, suppliers, communities, and the environment. It explains how CSR has evolved from philanthropy into stakeholder management, business ethics, and shared value creation.
SDGs: Connecting Business with Global Sustainability Goals: Students examine the UN 2030 Agenda and the 17 Sustainable Development Goals, with emphasis on climate action, responsible consumption and production, social equity, health and well-being, and partnerships.
From CSR to SDGs: Turning Commitments into Action: The course shows how organizations align CSR commitments with SDG goals and targets through materiality assessment, stakeholder engagement, action planning, and measurable contributions.
ESG: Establishing a Framework for Governance and Performance: Students systematically study the environmental, social, and governance dimensions and apply tools for risk identification, performance indicators, data collection, corporate governance, disclosure, and sustainability reporting.
Integrated Practice: Moving from Ideas and Goals to Management: Taiwanese and international cases integrate climate change, carbon management, circular economy, social inclusion, supply-chain responsibility, corporate governance, and sustainable investment, while reinforcing the competencies required for ESG professional certification.
