This course examines the theoretical foundations and development of Behavioral Finance, with particular emphasis on the emergence of Prospect Theory and the roles of limited arbitrage and psychological biases in shaping investor behavior. The course covers a range of topics, including investment fundamentals, investment strategies, investor psychology, advanced investment concepts, the effects of public policy on stock market performance, and the interactions between macroeconomic conditions and financial markets.
