本課程著眼於「企業」在推動青少年兒童福利上，所扮演的角色，以及可能面臨的困境與限制。
希望通過本課程的討論，協助學生注意到「企業」在福利政策上可以扮演的建設性角色，
並熟悉「社會企業」的觀念以及其發展趨勢。希望有助於同學們發展分析議題與觀察趨勢的能力，
奠定學位論文寫作的基礎能力。

The backstage planners of “Children and youth welfare” could be understood in three dimensions:
the government, the enterprise, and the non-profit organization.
Among them, the role of enterprises will be focused in this course as well as
their possible limitations and hindrances. Through our discussion, on one hand,
students will understand how the enterprise can be more active on the social welfare issues,
what the concept of “social enterprise” is, and in what way the enterprise could
be further developed. On the other hand, to lay the foundation of academic writing,
the skills of topic analysis and current events observation will also
be fostered in this course.
