《 課程簡介 -- English 》
The study of labor law must integrate practice and legal theory. Through case analysis, one can not only gain a relatable understanding but also grasp the legislative spirit, intent, and boundaries of law enforcement.
Laws are enacted to maintain socio-economic order and pursue the ideal of holistic human development. Labor-management relations are guided by the framework (Guardrails) of labor law, fostering a stable, harmonious, and collaborative spirit. This is crucial for social stability and national economic development. Below is a summary of the student's post-course reflections:
I. Legal Research Methods Comparative Law (past vs. present, Taiwan vs. other countries) Historical Research (Greece, Hammurabi, etc.) Legal System Research (Common Law, Civil Law) Case Law Case Review Method Socio-Economic Impact Analysis Jurisprudential Approach (Fuller's 8 principles of legality) Dialectics and Deductive Reasoning (courtroom argumentation) II.
