本課程為二技專班核心數位技能實務應用課程。面對當代建築與室內設計產業邁向「智慧化」與「BIM數位轉型」的浪潮,單一軟體的操作已無法滿足業界對高效率工作流(Workflow)的需求。本課程採取「專案導向(Project-based Learning)」與「跨軟體串聯」的教學策略,引導學生以一個典型的室內設計專案(如三房兩廳住宅空間)貫穿全學期。課程依序劃分為四個核心階段:從 AutoCAD 施工圖說的精確建立、SketchUp 3D 空間的快速形體建構、ArchiCAD 建築資訊模型(BIM)的語意化建模與平立剖同步自動生成,到最終導入最新的生成式 AI 輔助設計技術,進行高效率的風格疊代與軟裝提案。透過 16 週的密集實作與最後兩週的自主深化,協助二技學生快速建構出符合未來產業趨勢的數位設計生產線。
• AutoCAD 2D 數位製圖實務:CNS 標準圖層管理、動態圖塊應用、天花配置與立面圖說、配置空間(Layout)多比例視埠與標準出圖。 • SketchUp 3D 空間快速建構 :結構化建模(群組與組件)、外部 CAD 圖稿清理導入、真實材質紋理調整、相機透視與場景動態剖切設定。 • ArchiCAD BIM 資訊模型建置:複合構造牆體與樓板設定、參數化智慧門窗、剖切面全自動聯動生成、互動式元件清單(自動算量)、BIMx 行動裝置導覽。 • 生成式 AI 空間設計輔助 :提示詞工程(Prompt Engineering)、Text/Image-to-Space、ControlNet 幾何與深度控制(白模轉擬真渲染)、AI 局部重繪與軟裝變換。

This course is a core digital skill and practical application course for the two-year technical bachelor's degree program. In response to the wave of "intelligentization" and "BIM digital transformation" in the contemporary architecture and interior design industry, proficiency in a single software tool is no longer sufficient to meet the industry's demand for high-efficiency workflows. This course adopts a project-based learning (PBL) and cross-software integration teaching strategy, guiding students through a typical interior design project (such as a three-bedroom, two-living-room residential space) across the entire semester. The curriculum is divided into four core stages: the precise creation of construction drawings in AutoCAD, the rapid geometric modeling of 3D spaces in SketchUp, the semantic modeling and synchronous auto-generation of plans, elevations, and sections in ArchiCAD (BIM), and finally, the integration of generative AI-assisted design technologies for highly efficient style iterations and soft furnishing proposals. Through 16 weeks of intensive practical implementation and 2 weeks of independent study, this course assists students in rapidly establishing a future-proof, professional digital design production line.
• 2D Digital Drafting & Practice:CNS standard layer management, dynamic blocks, ceiling and elevation plans, layout spaces with multi-scale viewports, and standard plotting. • Rapid 3D Spatial Modeling:Structured modeling via groups and components, external CAD cleanup and import, custom texture mapping, camera perspective and dynamic sectioning. • BIM Information Modeling:Composite wall and slab structures, parametric BIM objects, synchronized documentation generation, interactive schedules for quantity take-offs, and mobile BIMx navigation. • Generative AI for Spatial Design: Prompt engineering, Text/Image-to-Space workflows, ControlNet scribble/depth control for massing models, and AI inpainting for furniture adjustments.
