本課程介紹綠裝修與淨零建築之基本概念、設計方法、材料選擇、環境性能評估及實務應用。課程內容涵蓋室內環境品質、低碳與健康建材、建築節能、被動式設計、再生能源、既有建築改善、建築碳排放及淨零轉型策略，並探討綠裝修如何由室內空間尺度延伸至整體建築生命週期與城市減碳。
課程採講授、案例分析、分組討論及專題報告並行。學生將選擇一處既有建築或室內空間作為研究對象，分析其能源使用、材料、採光、通風、熱環境及室內健康問題，並提出兼顧節能、減碳、健康、循環利用及施工可行性的綠裝修與淨零改善方案。

The course connects interior renovation with whole-building life-cycle thinking and broader urban decarbonization goals. Through lectures, case studies, group discussions, and project-based learning, students will select an existing building or interior space, assess its energy use, materials, daylighting, ventilation, thermal environment, and indoor health conditions, and propose a feasible green renovation and net-zero improvement strategy integrating energy conservation, carbon reduction, occupant health, material circularity, and construction practicality.
