Case-study Course includes management functions of planning, organizing, leading, and controlling. Case-study Course focuses in analysis. The course aims at developing the skills of problem-solving and problem-diagnosing related to Corporate Management Diagnosis. the professor’s science and practical ences on business, the course will guide students how to improve their own corporate constitutions. What does the managing business focus and what are important parts of the internal management? What kinds of managing method can students learn and how to put in use with case studies? Hopefully students can learn solving problem causing and diagnosing abilities on business through this course.
